Leigh from Kent is looking for a holiday home in Tenerife and she’s brought along her nephew Sammy help her. With a maximum budget of £300,000, it’s property expert Jasmine Harman who has been tasked with finding her the perfect place. About the area

Tenerife takes about 4 and a half hours to fly to from the UK–and the area we’re looking in is only 15-20 minutes drive from the airport in the south of the island Tenerife, known as the Island of Eternal Spring and the largest of all the Canary Islands, is famous for its volcanic black sand beaches. Its population of around one million is boosted by more than five million holiday makers each year, more than a third of whom are British! The island’s south west coast has recently become popular with celebrities including Posh and Becks, George Clooney and Mariah Carey so you can add star spotting to the long list of attractions this area has to offer!
