Malaga Province, Spain - A Place in the Sun

Malaga Province, Spain- Leah Charles-King

Leah Charles-King is coming to the help of Karen, a semi-retired lawyer, and Brian, a retired firefighter, who met each other just a year and a half ago. They’ve decided to take a leap and follow their dream of making a permanent move together to the mountain villages of Malaga Province in Southern Spain. With a budget of £120,000 will Leah find them their perfect property?

About the area

Stunning views and picture perfect white washed towns and villages are what draw people to this area. It’s pretty easy to get to as Spain’s fourth busiest airport, just outside Malaga city, is only an hour’s drive from the most popular of these villages. Once you arrive you’ll find cobbled streets dotted with traditional bars and restaurants leading to busy central squares filled with the sounds of everyday life and often a weekly market. All this coupled with stunning countryside views is still just a short drive from the beaches and coastal resorts of the Costa del Sol.
