What happens during the TV show appearance process?

Our researchers will meet you, find out exactly what you're looking for and then take all the hard work out of your search by shortlisting a handful of properties for you to go and visit during the filming.

Our presenters will then take you to visit the shortlist of properties, giving you advice about what to look out for, and help you decide on what's really important to you.

If you decide to make an offer on one of the properties you visit, our presenters will give advice and tips on how to get the best deal, learned over years of negotiating for house-hunters.
