Their dream is to find their perfect holiday home on Spain’s Orihuela Costa with a budget of £150,000, and have asked Jasmine Harman for help! They want a property with a minimum of 3bedrooms to accommodate all the family, plus a communal pool. Jasmine has 5 great properties to show them–but will she deliver the dream?

About the area

At the southern end of the Costa Blanca with Torrevieja to the north and La Manga south, the Orihuela costa is really easy to get to with two airports within roughly an hour’s drive. It’s a beautiful ten mile stretch of coastline home to a number of popular seaside resorts, such as Cabo Roig with its palm lined avenues and laid back Playa Flamenca, the perfect place for shopping. There are also some great spots away from the coast like Villamartin with its famous restaurant filled plaza, and three superb golf courses with all the accompanying facilities you’d expect.
