About the area

To get to the Southern Costa Blanca you can fly into either Alicante or Murcia airports–both around a two and a half hour flight from the UK – and then it’s about three quarters of an hours drive from either of them.

This stretch of the Costa Blanca is best known for its lovely beaches – and the lively tourist towns of Torrevieja and Cabo Roig, along with urbanisations such as Villamartin – and the area’s also famous for its inland salt lakes and a number of great golf courses.
