Ben Hillman is jetting off to Inland Murcia in Spain to help keen golfers John and Adele from Bedfordshire. They have been together for 13 years and want to find the perfect holiday home where they can enjoy the Spanish sunshine and golf courses whenever they like. They have a budget of £100,000 and Ben has 5 great options but will any of them be a hole in one?
About the area
To get to Murcia you fly into Murcia International airport – which is around a two and a half hour flight from the UK – and everywhere we’ll be looking at is within half an hour’s drive of it. Murcia, a province in the south east of Spain, is best known among holidaymakers for its lovely beaches – and lively coastal towns – but away from the sun sea and sand the area’s known for its Moorish history, beautiful countryside where lots of the fruit and veg we eat is grown and no less than nineteen top quality golf courses, many of which have developments built around them. No wonder it’s such a popular place with buyers from all over Europe!
