Jean Johansson is jetting off to the Eastern Costa del Sol in southern Spain to help Joanne and Darren from South Wales find the perfect holiday home for them and their family. Darren, a former Mr Wales bodybuilder champion is especially looking forward to how the warm weather can mean lots more outdoor exercise! About the area

Malaga is a city and region on Spain’s Costa Del Sol and direct flights to its airport take under 3 hours from the UK. It’s a really popular destination with tourists, who flock to the 100 plus miles of sandy coastline backed by gleaming promenades filled with cafes and restaurants. Today’s search sees us travelling east from Malaga City, taking in well-known resorts like Torre del Mar and Torrox Pueblo. Seen as slightly more traditional than the Western Costa Del Sol, this stretch of coastline has a charming blend of mountains and sea and is a great spot for both families and the active types.
