Jean Johannson flies to Puglia in Southern Italy to help teacher Wendy find her dream holiday home, which one day may become her permanent home. Her long time friend Tina who she has known for over 10 years is coming along to help too! Wendy wants a 2 or 3 bedroom villa and has a budget of £200,000. About the area

It’s a beautiful coastal region that’s pretty easy to get to with two airports, welcoming flights from across the UK. The fifty beaches spread along its five hundred miles of coastline are a massive draw for both Italian and international tourists making the most of the glorious weather here. Spring comes early and autumn remains warm meaning average temperatures are generally twenty degrees plus from April to December. Away from the coast the countryside is home to over fifty million olive trees with pretty towns and villages, offering an authentic slice of Italian life.
