Sara Damergi is helping Jaazzmina and Mark who want to make the permanent move to Spain and create a small holding and wellness retreat in the countryside of the Almeria province. They’re keen to be as remote as possible and connect with nature, and they have a budget of £100,000. Will any of the five properties Sara has to show them to be good enough to result in an offer?

About the area

Situated on the south eastern coast of Spain, flights from the UK to Almeria airport take just under three hours. Almeria province remains relatively untouched by tourism compared to other parts of the Spanish coast. Here you can find traditional whitewashed villages dotting it’s rather rugged yet beautiful countryside alongside some wonderfully rural properties, and over one hundred and twenty miles of stunning coastline home to a number of spectacular and often deserted beaches. Its landscape is so scenic that many Hollywood movies have been filmed here including hundreds of spaghetti westerns, a type of cowboy filmed generally made by Italian directors hence the name.
