Rick and Inge can’t wait to fulfill their dream of buying a holiday home in Western Cyprus, in the area of Tala near the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay. The cat-crazy couple have a budget of £260,000 and have called on Jean Johansson to help them find a detached villa with plenty of space for a feline family and a man cave for Rick’s DIY. Jean has lined up five fantastic properties that she believes are the cat’s whiskers, but will Rick and Inge love any enough to put in an offer?

About this area

A four and a half hour flight from the UK takes you to Paphos Airport in Western Cyprus.

While sandy beaches are rare on this island, the west coast has some of the best, including Coral Bay. With bustling tourist resorts by the sea, inland thing are a little more relaxed and the traditional hillside towns and villages such as Tala have a much slower pace of life. Famous for its cool breezes taking the edge of the summer sun, and stunning views down to the sea, Tala also has another advantage over the coast.
