Inland Andalucia, Spain - A Place in the Sun

Inland Andalucia, Spain Danni Menzies

Danni Menzies is coming to the help of Poppy and her dad Philip to realise their dream of finding a holiday home that all the family can use to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. With a budget of £50,000 Danni has lined up 5 fantastic options to show them, but will they love any of them enough to put in an offer?

About the area

Heading half an hour inland, away from the bustle of the coast, is the peaceful Lake Iznajar. Created in the 1960s, its actually man-made and drops down more than forty-five meters deep in places! Life here is well suited to those who fancy a more laid-back break spent exploring the many white washed villages or wondering through the local olive groves. Andalucía is the world’s number one producer of olive oil, with the ‘liquid gold’ harvested from these small fruits, known to earn the area almost 1.7 billion pounds in a year.
With the peace and serenity of the rolling hillsides, it’s no wonder Andalucía continues to attract holiday makers in search of a place to call their own.
