About the area

Benalmadena’s a town and coastal region just 15 minutes' drive south from Malaga airport, which has direct flights from the UK taking about three hours. The sunny region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and all that good old vitamin D can be soaked up along it’s glorious sandy coastline and large marina.

It’s one of the most popular spots for holidaymakers along the Costa Del Sol, with an abundance of front-line hotels, restaurant lined promenades and family-friendly watersports. Three miles inland and nestled in the hills is the pretty whitewashed pueblo. It’s a tranquil spot with a lovely plaza and great views of the coast.
