West Brittany, France Jonnie Irwin

Jonnie Irwin is helping Steve and Aniko escape the rat race and move to the peace and quiet of the French countryside in West Brittany. Steve is a music composer and Aniko is a singer, so their dream would be to be able to create their own recording studio at home. They’ve given Jonnie a £90,000 budget to find them the perfect property. After an exhaustive search, he has five options lined up that could be just the ticket, but are any exactly in tune with what the couple had in mind?

West Brittany

Why buy here?

With a coastline stretching more than 1000 miles, Brittany is home to countless stunning beaches, coastal footpaths and secluded coves. But further inland, the area is surrounded by beautiful countryside with so much to explore on foot from the d’Arrée mountains to the rather magical Huelgoat forest. This rural landscape is dotted with small villages and larger historic towns, where the traditional Breton language is still spoken, and rather unsurprisingly the area has become more and more popular.
