Mazarron, Spain - A Place in the Sun

The Gulf of Mazarrón lies within the region of Murcia on the Costa Cálida, and has a 22-mile coastline of beautiful sandy beaches and fishing villages. It's blessed by a Mediterranean climate and has around 315 days of sun each year! Mazarrón is one of the best diving areas in Spain and is home to numerous diving schools, who run dive trips to the various dive sites around the bay of Mazarrón. The lively port of Mazarrón offers visitors a rich artistic heritage and a range of water sports on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Sheltered by the foothills of the Sierra de la Almenara, the Bay of Mazarrón stretches for 22miles along beaches, unspoiled coves and rocky sea beds.
