Inland Malaga

What's the appeal?

Malaga airport is about a 2 hour flight from the UK and in this episode we’re heading inland –roughly 30-40 minutes drive from the airport - through stunning hillsides and deep valleys. This region is for those who want to soak up a traditionally Spanish way of life and are happy to put in the mileage to get to an unspoilt beach. The landscape here was once a stronghold for bandits who roamed the mountains - but the wild walkways are now a top tourist attraction providing fabulous trekking routes dotted with pretty traditional white washed villages.
