The Florida Pavilion, in association with Florida Link, will return as a feature area at the next A Place in the Sun Live, which takes place between the 28th-30th September 2012 at NEC Birmingham.
The Florida Pavilion will be a one stop shop for those looking to make a move to the Sunshine State, bringing together agents, developers and property experts in one area, ready to share their advice and expertise.
As well as giving visitors the chance to view hundreds of properties for sale across Florida, the pavilion will also play host to a packed schedule of seminars throughout the weekend on aspects of the Floridian buying process from arranging visas to navigating the short sale or bank repossession process and the pros and cons of buying within a gated community development.
And there will be plenty of opportunity to ask your own questions, whether you're unsure about how to go about finding work in Florida or want to understand more about the EB5 investment program.
