A Place in the Sun Live is Europe's largest overseas property exhibition and returns to London with an attraction-packed show at Earls Court, 30th March – 1st April 2012.
Despite turbulent times, buying a home overseas remains popular with the British public, and the current climate has created opportunity to snap up affordable homes around the world. So if you're dreaming of having your own home overseas to retreat to for your holidays, or are thinking of making the move abroad permanently, then a visit to A Place in the Sun Live is a must.
We already have an impressive list of exhibitors confirmed for the show, who will be selling property in Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Cyprus, Egypt and many more popular destinations. Between them, our exhibitors will be selling thousands of properties and many are offering exclusive discounts to show visitors.
It's a great place to meet agents face-to-face - after all, it's important that when you make a purchase like this, you have the opportunity to meet and trust the agent or developer that you will be buying from.
We also recognise that buying a property abroad can often be more complicated than in the UK, especially if you don't speak the language. Therefore we've put together a packed schedule of free-to-attend seminar sessions, open to all visitors, where you can learn about the intricacies of buying in your chosen country and ask industry experts all sorts of questions that you want answered.
There are dedicated areas with their own seminar theatres for The French Village, The Portuguese Pavilion, The Italian Pavilion and The Florida Pavilion. Each of these will also have a collection of hand-picked agents and developers from that country alongside specialist lawyers and hosted by an expert in the property market in that destination.
There will also be live appearances on the main stage by Channel 4's celebrity hosts Amanda Lamb, Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman and other indsutry experts willing to pass on their knowledge to help you on your way.
