About the units

Villa Atenea Development

Location

The main commercial centre on Condado de Alhama is called Al Kasar which houses a number of different shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk of each of the new build developments. In the Jardins we have the Condado Club bar and restaurant with a number of different sports facilities including, tennis, paddle, table tennis, pool, football, basketball and a fully operational gym. Nestled in the Naranjos gardens we have the existing golf club and eatery. Further afield, we have the nearest large community in the resort of Camposol. This has again various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, electrical stores, vets banking facilities and a petrol station. Twenty mins from Condado is the main Port town of Mazzaron which has all the facilities of any major town with stunning beaches a little further along the coast at Bolnuevo. Also, just twenty minutes away in the opposite direction is the old town of Alhama de Murcia with all the hustle & bustle of a traditional Spanish community. 

Murcia city is just forty mins drive away which has the most stunning architecture, restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Also, just forty mins away in the opposite direction is the historical port town of Cartagena which is simply a wonderful place to visit for any local or tourist with plenty to see and do. There are many more local towns and villages to explore within a short drive from Condado De Alhama not least up in the Sierra Espuna mountains.
