It’s not long now until A Place in the Sun Live visits Olympia London between 10th-12th May, where we have many useful seminars, Q&As and interviews to help kickstart your overseas property search. The exhibition will also give you the opportunity to meet real-life individuals who've bought properties in Spain, a country that remains the number one country to purchase abroad.
‘Meet the Buyers’ will be taking place at our London exhibition for its second successive year. It's designed to give hopeful homeowners a real-life insight into the buying process, from those who've done it themselves.
This year we're welcoming another two sets of buyers to our London show. On Saturday 11th May, Jasmine Harman will be talking to her previous TV house hunters, Ian and Maria from Essex, who bought in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. They'll be on hand to discuss their time on the big screen and most importantly, how life has been post-purchase.
On Sunday 12th May, Harriett & David Gething from East London will be speaking with Jonnie about the purchase of their townhouse in Oliva, on the Costa Blanca. They didn't appear on the TV show but used aplaceinthesun.com extensively during their property search, and visited our London event many years ago.
'Meet the Buyers' was once again well-received at our Manchester show in March, where Jonnie Irwin also caught up with his previous TV house hunters Paul and Gill Clarke to discuss their new home on the Costa Calida. He also caught up with them backstage for a quiet one-to-one, which you can watch below.
