A Place in the Sun is delighted to welcome a brand new face to the presenting team of the ever-popular TV show, Jean Johansson!
Jean joins our current star lineup of presenters, Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin, Laura Hamilton, Danni Menzies, Scarlotte Douglas and Ben Hillman in uniting aspiring overseas homeowners with their dream property abroad.
So how much do we know about Jean?
She's previously appeared on the BBC's Celebrity Masterchef and Animal Park and is also a weekly columnist for the Scottish Sunday Mail. She discovered her love for property investment whilst living in Sweden for two years with her husband, former footballer and current manager of Greenock Morton FC, Jonatan Johansson and their son, Junior.
And she's excited to be joining the team too. "For me, the show is all about changing lives and I'm thrilled to be a part of helping people achieve their dreams. Although, I could hardly sleep thinking about if I'd found the right property for my first pair of TV house-hunters. I realised I had to get it right the first time around for them".
Executive Producer of the show Michelle Heeley says that "Jean brings wonderful energy and a real passion and expertise in buying and selling houses, and she's a real natural when it comes down to it".
