A stunning new beachfront development in Almeria, is set to transform the area of San Juan de los Terreros over the next five to ten years, according to TM Real Estate.
San Juan de los Terreros, close to the border of Andalusia, is a popular holiday sport, liked for its family-friendly gently shelving beach and also some coves and inlets to the north.
Mar de Pulpi offers quality homes at affordable prices, but also forms the start of the most ambitious building project in TM Real Estate Group's 42-year history, says Jesus Serna Lorente.

The first phase has already been a big success with buyers from all over Europe given its distance to the sea (just 100m), high quality construction and attractive Andalusian design, according to Jesus.
