The Association of International Property Professionals' (AIPP) 'How to buy overseas property safely 2013 guide' has been launched.
The guide aims to help everyone considering buying a home overseas with their purchase and is packed full of advice, from what to look for in a good agent, what the role of the developer is and how to work out your tax affairs.
There is also a section featuring the contact details of AIPP members, which the company has endorsed as providing a great service to those looking to buy a home abroad.
The industry body, which aims to improve the professional standards and customer service of companies involved in selling overseas property, was set up in 2006.
