Jack Nicholson has listed the home in Aspen, Colorado, he joint owns with producer and director Lou Adler for $15 million.
Built in 1895, the historic Victorian wooden framed house sits in a quarter of an acre of land and has 5,800 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. There are two master suites, a kitchen with wrap-around windows and an attic that has been converted into a cinema screening room.
Original features include hand-carved railings and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, but the large Jacuzzi with a sliding barn door that opens to the outdoors is a slightly more modern addition. The home is a five-minute walk to the ski area, and overlooks a nature reserve and lake.
