Overseas buyers who have fallen in love with their dream home abroad but are struggling to sell their property in England can make use of a new scheme which enables them to freeze the build price for two years.
The new scheme from Snobby Homes in Crete means that house-hunters can find their dream home and then have time to make the necessary arrangements before making their move.
A legally binding purchase agreement is prepared, which is a legal quotation, confirming specification, plot and freezing the build price. It also offers the chance to legally delay the building process, and there is no balance to pay until the home is completed.
And as an extra, once the deposit is received the land is transferred into your name so that your money is not at risk.
The company's Marketing Director, Mike Saunders says, “We've seen people devastated, having fallen in love with a development but unable to proceed because they cannot sell their house in the UK. Our Helping Hand scheme is very simple, it allows buyers to realize their dream now - and there's absolutely no risk.”
Currently there are properties available along the Western coast of Crete, with two storey detached housing starting from €129,950 including all furniture, taxes and fees.
