Don King has placed his home in Florida on the sales market for a whopping £12.4 million.
With Florida property market conditions showing signs of improving, the famed boxing promoter believes that the time is now right to try and sell his home.
The 79 year-old was previously trying to sell the property for an asking price of £17 million, but decided to remove house from the market last year, after failing to attract a buyer.
The luxury three acre estate in Manalapan, Florida, features two houses; a nine bedroom mansion and a smaller five bedroom guest house, both featuring private swimming pools.
King purchased the mansion in 1999 for £4.8 million and later the same year bought the adjacent five bedroom house for £4 million.
Talking to the Wall Street Journal last year, King said that he needed to downsize, as it had become increasingly difficult for him to walk from one house to the other.
"I'm going to move to wherever I can find a nice little cosy, US$10 million [£6 million] to US$5 million [£3 million] house,” he said.
Don King's firm Don King Promotions has promoted over five hundred world championship fights, with clients including Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Joe Frazier, Larry Holmes, Muhammad Ali, among others.
