To the east, the hills of the Nebrodi Park rise to mountainous peaks at 1800m above sea level, while to the west a little valley separates you from the equally imposing Madonie Park. The Tyrrhenian Sea is only 11km to the north, with the closest beach a half hour drive away at Santo Stefano di Camastra.
