The real estate is located on a

here during the whole day and you can enjoy great panoramic views
towards the near properties, the distant mountain range and partially
at the near town. There is a possibility to transform some of the
space in the villa thus enclosing one or both of the terraces and this
way creating more usable living space. The building also has a small
attic level which provides access to the space under the roof and can
be used as storage. The plot of land is situated mostly at the back
and to the side of the villa. The property has two fresh water wells
which are used both in the household and as source of irrigation for
the garden. The owners have turned the yard into a small orchard full
of various fruit trees which are in very good shape and give fruits.
One can find cherries, plums, pears, peaches, apricots, apples, etc.
Around the villa the owners have created small flower patch with roses
and other flowers. Still there is enough space to build additional
structures here or to make an extension of you wish. The property is
situated less than a kilometer away from school, emergency room,
shops, bus stop, pharmacy and about one and a half kilometers away
from the center of the town and the train station. It takes about 3
minutes to get there by car and about 7-8 minutes by foot. The villa
borders two other deserted plots of land which have turned into a
forest as nobody used them for a long time. This brings lots of peace,
quiet and fresh air along with plenty of bird songs all year round.
The town is the center of the local council so it also provides
administrative services, shops and bars, two gas stations, car service
station, car wash, a couple of public parks, sports grounds, library,
etc. The train station has direct links to the near cities of Vratsa
and Montana and the national capital city Sofia. Sofia is about two,
two and a half hours away by car of train from here. Vratsa and
Montana are between twenty and thirty minutes away depending on the
traffic. In both of these cities one can find an abundance of shops
and supermarkets, specialized stores for electrical appliances,
furniture, tools, clothing, car parts, etc. The cities also provide
cultural events and places such as museums, theaters, cinemas, etc. as
well as interesting tourist sites and places to see. Solid villa with
