Santo Stefano hosts an important hospital "Clinica Attardi" which serves the entire surrounding area. On the State Road SS118 Corleonese-Agrigentina, Santo Stefano Quisquina is located one hour from Palermo, Cefalù, Agrigento and Sciacca.
