The access is good via a small tarmac road and there is parking on the property. Valor is a 5-minute drive and has all the amenities needed for everyday living. The small town of Ugijar is about 20 minutes away and offers more choice of shops and café bars etc.

There is a plot of land nearby below the nearby village Nechite which is approx 10,000m2, should anyone be interested. It has a couple of large flat terraces and a smaller one, also some olive trees.
