In the enchanting location of the territory of San Teodoro, south of the Costa Smeralda 15 minutes from Olbia airport; surrounded by beaches and inlets among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean Sea. near the fascinating beach nicknamed "Tahiti", new villas with a taste of nature in a strongly traditional style are born.

The entrances are located at the back and a large veranda at the front with a great view of the sea; the garage is located at the back where it is accessed from the electric gate from the access road next to the pedestrian gate that leads to the villa with a path.

The materials used for the construction are typical of the area; the load-bearing walls are made of special blocks to ensure acoustic and thermal insulation, filled with reinforced concrete in the central holes, to avoid settlement cracks in the walls; the external walls are partly covered with hand-worked granite, the roof with a completely wooden structure, insulating panels, asphalt surface and aged-type tile covering. Inside, the floors were made of hand-made terracotta and treated with wax, the walls are smooth plastered and painted with frescoes and light colors, which make the environment very welcoming and pleasant.

The bathrooms are tiled with small tiles with brassy colors to nature and the external

environment, of shapes and layouts all different from each other, sanitary ware and taps have been chosen with pleasant shapes and designs of prestigious brands.

The furniture with colors and designs depicting the ancient Sardinian style, was custom made by local companies that can be modified at your choice if you want to change someone.

San Teodoro is a seaside town with 30 km of seafront equipped with all services and

many beautiful beaches. You can do various activities such as diving courses

with a meeting point and equipment rental and guide just 300 meters

from the house and Kite Surf and Surf courses on the La Cinta beach one of the most beautiful and

nominated in all of Italy.

For nightlife just 10 and 15 km away there are 5 Discos and various venues

of all kinds Bars, Discobars, Piano Bars open all night, many

ice cream parlors, pizzerias, Restaurants of all types of cuisine, tourist information service, Taxi service

on request, public musical shows, exhibitions of paintings by various artists all summer. The

night walk in San Teodoro with stalls in the square and along the main road is very crowded until 2 in the morning
