Here, within my centuries-old walls, life flows with the gentle rhythm of the countryside, between fiery sunsets and the scent of the woods that enters through the windows.
As soon as you cross my threshold, I welcome you with the warmth of my living area, an environment where authenticity can be felt in every detail. My kitchen, with its large stone fireplace, is the perfect place to enjoy winter evenings in conviviality, between the crackling of the fire and a glass of good Tuscan wine. To complete the ground floor, there is a functional and welcoming bathroom. The ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta floors give each room a rustic and timeless elegance, enveloping you in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
Climbing my stone staircase, I lead you to the first floor, where three bedrooms await you with their intimate and welcoming character. One of them is a passage, but all offer an enchanting view of the surrounding hills, a living picture that changes with the seasons. Here you will also find a small balcony of 2 square meters, the ideal place to let yourself be enveloped by the authentic atmosphere of the village.
But it doesn't end here. I'll take you even higher, to my 32 square meter attic, once dedicated to the preparation of bread, with its ancient oven that preserves the flavor of the traditions of the past.
And then there are my large 52m2 cellars, ready to transform into a cozy tavern, a creative space or a quiet refuge away from the world.
To reach me, you will have to travel along a small road accessible with a small car for about 150 meters, a small price to pay for having a corner of paradise all for yourself.
