The Villa

Upon entering, the space of the villa is immediately visible. A hall, with high ceiling and beautiful windows, offers access to the spacious living room with open kitchen through double doors. The swimming pool with surrounding terrace offers a great place for long days in the Spanish sun. The large, slightly lower, otherwise spacious grounds are the ideal opportunity to keep horses at home. The villa is within walking distance of Monovar. In Monovar all daily amenities are widely available, including supermarkets (including the Mercadona at 2 minutes by car), schools, a medical center and a wide range of restaurants. Alicante airport is half an hour's drive away.
Within a two-minute walk you can also make advantageous use of various sports facilities such as swimming pools, fitness, tennis and paddle courts.
