This typical Spanish house is part cave house and is located just a few minutes drive from Pinoso and is within walking distance of the picturesque Encebras (Pinoso). It is quietly situated in an easily accessible small hamlet, surrounded by mountains, extensive vineyards, olive and almond groves and nature reserve where you can walk endlessly.

Pinoso has all the daily amenities including supermarkets, schools, a medical centre and sports facilities, as well as a wide range of restaurants. Both Alicante and Murcia airports and the beaches can be reached within an hour. There is a nice restaurant in Encebras.
Terrain
Through the electrically operated gate you enter the fenced terrain. On the terrain there is a covered parking, a small storage room with BBQ and a slightly larger storage room; ideal for storing (garden) tools, for example. Along the side of the house there is access to a terrace; the top of the house/cave part.

In front of the entrance of the house is a large covered terrace; the ideal place to spend cozy evenings with a paella or tapas accompanied by a local wine.

When entering the house you step into the spacious living room. The large fireplace provides an atmospheric warmth on colder days. From the house the kitchen is accessible with adjoining bathroom and a spacious utility room/pantry. From the living room you can also reach the area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. In this part of the house the rooms have windows with screens. But there is also access to a typical Spanish cave area with another central space that provides access to two bedrooms and a sitting area with fireplace.
