Two adjacent fields that fall within the Residential Zone of Pano Akourdaleia community in Paphos District which are solf ad unified property. They are located 80 meters south of the Pano Akourdaleia – Kato Akourdaleia connecting road and into the community center.

As a unified property has an irregular shape and a slightly sloping surface. Access to the property can be gained via a registered road along its northern boundary.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
