For a large supermarket you’ll need to go to Bourganeuf or the medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat (20 minutes’ drive).
Bujaleuf has a large swimming lake which is used by locals and holidaymakers alike. You can also enjoy swimming, sailing or other water-related sports at Lac de Vassiviere, 25 kilometres away.Single floor living?At garden level, the basement of the house comprises a garage and three storage rooms. Through a stylish covered staircase, you’ll step into the entrance hall with its separate toilet. To the left of the hall there are two rooms and a modern bathroom with its shower, washbasin and washing machine. One room is now used as a dining room and the other as a living room. Both rooms have a fireplace. The living room has a small wood burner. Across the hall there is the large kitchen with built-in appliances, connected with the dining room with enough space for a large table to dine with the family or guests. By the stairs in the hallway a door gives access to the garden.The upper floorThe staircase leads to the upper floor with its four bedrooms and its recently fitted bathroom. Each room has a special something to offer. One has a beautiful built-in wardrobe, another a fireplace and a balcony, the third attractive arched windows and the fourth a nice view. The modern bathroom is fitted with a wall-hung toilet, a walk-in shower and a washbasin. And with a tub with a slendid view : it couldn't be more relaxing.....Outdoor livingA roofed terrace has been created against an old garage, also accessible from the road. With its lovely sitting and dining areas, it is your living area of choice in the summer. A second summer room has been built against the house for the cooler times of the year. This room, with its large patio doors to the terrace, has a wood burner. Behind the house there is a gravel terrace. The swimming pool is great for cooling off in the hot summer days. The easy-to-maintain garden is flat and invites you to play on the grass or enjoy the sun.
