I´ve just spent two hours writing and rewriting a description for this property and, to be honest, I can´t quite do it justice. So, for a welcome change no doubt I´m going to keep it short, well, short for me, and let the photos, but particularly the video, do the talking.
I have to mention that if you can find a more stunning and sympathetic renovation on a 100 year plus property that combines the traditional features of a Spanish townhouse with the modern touch of beautiful bathrooms and kitchens then please give me a call.

One Stunning Townhouse or Two Apartments 1, a Duplex and the other a Basement both with Exterior Space. Yes, Exterior Space" and lots of it with two patio areas with views to the mountains.
Two of almost everything else.
You may be thinking “Is this a business opportunity”? Oh, you are so my type of person. Yes, and what an opportunity and there are two, well maybe three options.
The first option is to live in the upstairs or the downstairs and rent the other but it would be far better to run an Airbnb business as the location of this property is perfect for cyclists, motor bikers, hikers, tourists needing a base equidistant to Pinoso and Monovar and only 40-45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
The second option is not to live in it at all and run an Airbnb for two separate apartments that clients would return to again and again because it would be an unforgettable experience.
The third option is to vary between Airbnb for two apartments or for bigger families or groups to have the entire property.
Income; Duplex Apartment Airbnb 85€ per night and Basement Apartment 75€ per night bearing in mind that cleaning fees go on top and there are a number of people living in the village who would be so happy to welcome guests and do all the cleaning etc.
Entire Property 125€ per night would be a guide price.
A Fourth Option I have just thought of; There are now several companies in Spain who will take over the running of Airbnb properties so you do absolutely nothing. Naturally, this comes at a cost.
Casas De Senor is a traditional Spanish village that is quite beautiful. All around the village is fabulous countryside, green and lush for this region that only has around 15 days of rain per year and over 300 days of sunshine.
In the village is a bar, a restaurant, a doctor's surgery, a butcher, and a baker but sadly, no candlestick maker. It is the epitome of “tranquilo” or tranquil if you prefer.
