These generously proportioned cabañas each have two bedrooms, a bathroom fitted with sanitary appliances from the Roca brand, and an open plan living / kitchen fitted with a vitro ceramic hob, extractor hood integrated in the fitted kitchen cupboards and an electric oven. In addition they have a 6.65m x 3.5m mezzanine floor above the bedrooms to offer a further 23 square metres of living space. The cabañas will have mains water and low voltage electricity connected, specifically drawn up by a qualified technician. Also featuring double glazed climate controlled windows . Heating will be provided by an eco friendly pellet burner. The production of hot water is supported by renewable energy and will be provided by an electric heater, with all polythylene pipes including shut off valves to reduce energy consumption.

All properties will include installation of a vertical and horizontal network or drainage pipes, including copper guttering and downpipes, with water purification to a septic tank, located at the end of the plot away from the cabañas.

Furthermore, Cabañas La Caborna have sleek modern interiors that flow seamlessly out onto the beautiful covered patios perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Each property has a garden of at least 700 square metres surrounded by non-intrusive low walls. All properties come with a designated parking space in the communal parking zone. Cabañas La Caborna is situated in a very central and easily accessible location, being equally 11km from Pravia, Salas and Grado, three large towns in the region with access to all local amenities. Only 2km from Cornellana, a small village which also has many bars, restaurants, hardware store, bakeries, pharmacy, petrol station, supermarkets and hairdressers, to name a few. 

Asturias airport and the nearest beaches are only 25 minutes drive. The city of Oviedo can be reached in 20 minutes and the popular resort of Cudillero is just 30 minutes away.
