Finca for sale in Peña with several parcels of land. Sale includes three parcels of land, two of which are buildable, some woodland, a small chapel and a ruined house to restore.
Plot A
The plot of land with the ruin on is in the village next to the main road, so access is very good. The land measures 3.203sqm and the ruined house is approximately 40sqm. Permission should be granted for a two storey house and possible extension. In addition there is an area for a small garden and the plot is surrounded by a low stone wall.
Plot B
Directly across from this property is the second plot of land which measures 1.227sqm. On this plot is a small one room capilla (chapel) in the corner near the ruined house. This capilla has been used as a religious shrine since the 1800's and has an inscription on the wooden entrance gate with the date 1818. This plot and plot A are within the urban area of the village and therefore it may be possible to build on this land. The land is secured by a wall, fencing and a sturdy metal gate and has easy access to the road.
Plot C
This plot is close to the first two parcels of land, but not attached. This plot is agricultural and can only be used for that purpose, to grow crops or vegetables. Plot C measures 1.770sqm.
Woodland Plot
Finally the Woodland is on the edge of the main road leading out of the village, towards Espina. This plot is some distance away from the other three plots of land. The woodland measures 1.755sqm. The wood from the small forest can be harvested and more planted to produce a modest income.
