Conveniently placed for the airports of Carcassonne and its medieval city (55 mins) and Perpignan (1h15mins). A 1h25nins drive from the Mediterranean beaches and 45 minutes from the nearest ski slope. It is centrally located to visit the many Cathar castles that can be found throughout the region. There are weekly markets in nearby Quillan, Esperaza and Axat and there are swimming and fishing lakes in Quillan as well as a municipal swimming pool. The nearby town of Esperaza has a dinosaur and hat making museum.
