At the side of the villa, there is another dining area and an archway that leads to the back terrace which was also retiled in 2021, here you will find another dining table and chairs positioned under a large sail shade and a washing machine situated under a worktop. The top terrace at the back of the villa includes orange, mandarin, and lemon trees. There is a lower terrace behind the carport which has three palms.
