The space
This house has 4 bedrooms divided between the ground floor and the annex on the lower floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each accessed via 4 steps leading to the open plan living room and dining room. The double bedroom has a private bathroom and views of the garden. The twin bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a separate bathroom.
There is a spacious lounge with a comfortable seating area, fireplace and wall-mounted plasma TV. The large open window with wooden shutters allows natural light to flow through the room with direct views of the garden to the dining table and chairs.
There is a large private pool with plenty of surrounding space and sun loungers where you can relax with a cold drink or a book. The brick barbecue area is on one side of the pool and on the other side there is a table with chairs for alfresco dining. There are 9 steps down to the ground floor where a spacious terrace houses a seating area and a dining table and chairs overlooking the pool and neighboring village. Another set of 6 steps leads down from the pool to another small terrace outside the annex where there are more chairs and a table.
From the open plan living and dining room there is access to the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
The annex has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. The patio door from both bedrooms leads to a terrace with 6 steps down to the pool area. There is a further table and chairs on the terrace, useful for a cold drink. The annex can also be accessed internally via a staircase just inside the front door.
