This property is spacious and has some outbuildings (garage, covered barn area) and sits in a lovely part of Gascony close to Condom.
It will appeal to buyers who are willing to complete a renovation project and put their own mark on a building.
The work that has been completed allows us to easily see what the property will become, and we particularly like the choice of old terracotta floor tiles in the kitchen and new reception room.
There are some areas which have deteriorated and require total restoration such as the wooden block terrasse which has rotten.
This is a definite project but could become a sizeable home with the advantage of two kitchens and two very separate reception areas, which might appeal to multi-generational families living together, or potentially anyone wishing to create a gite.
