The Finca can be reached in 3 ways, the easiest way is via a tarmac and paved road to the house with the exception of the last 400 metres which is on a well-travelled dirt country road. The villages of Los Romanes and La Viñuela are about a 5-minute drive away; here you will find all the amenities you need such as supermarkets, bakeries, medical care, nice bars and restaurants.
There are plenty of sporting opportunities nearby, including various water sports on Lake Viñuela. Despite its rural character, the Finca is just under 20 minutes from Torre del Mar beach and only 45 minutes from the airport. The enclosed plot gives 360º panoramic views of enchanting Andalusian countryside and the villages of Benamocarra and Iznate. In good weather, the Mediterranean Sea is clearly visible. At the very top of the Finca, you have stunning views of Lake Viñuela.
