A few kilometers away is the historic center of Caramanico Terme, called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: here there are supermarkets, stores, bars, pizzerias, excellent restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy and farms where you can buy cheese, mozzarella, meat and bread directly. The village has a swimming pool, an adventure park with a well-kept garden and indoor bar, and the park's visitor center. The building is about 35 minutes from Pescara International Airport, about two hours from Ciampino Airport and about two and a half hours from Fiumicino Airport. Within 20 minutes you can reach the ski slopes and within 40 minutes the equipped beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
