This detached house is in a spectacular location in the national park of Calares del Mundo and has a plot of 3.000 m2 and wonderful views.
The construction, which has a stone façade that house marine fosils in some of the stones, comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is no two floors. The entrance hall has stairs leading to the garage and opens onto the very spacious living room with a large fireplace and access to a large terrace/balcony. Also off the living room is the kitchen. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and in the lower part of the house there is a garage and woodshed which has access to a second terrace and this terrace can also be accessed from the outside.
The house is south facing and located just 1km from the village of Riopar in the region of Albacete and and is two minutes from one of the best restaurants in the area.
The surroundings: Riópar is a municipality in the Sierra del Segura and Alcaraz with a very unique history, it stands out for its nature, hosting the famous source of the river Mundo, set between the peaks of Argel, Viboreros and Padroncillo, Riópar enjoys a spectacular natural environment. Just 7 km away is the natural area of the Nacimiento del Río Mundo y Cañada de los Mojones, an ideal enclave for potholing and one of the most remarkable caves in the country. It is also a very attractive place for hiking and birdwatching enthusiasts, and it is common to see large groups of vultures gliding over the Calar del Mundo. Other sports that can be practised in the area are climbing, canyoning, rafting, horse riding and contemplative life.
