There´s a generous roof terrace, part of which is covered, with views over the town and the mountains in the distance. Downstairs there is a sitting room, an integrated garage which could very easily be converted into more living accommodation and a large kitchen-diner. In the garage there is toilet, so plumbing is in place if you wished to create a second bathroom. The kitchen diner at the rear of the house with a feature fireplace could be turned into a lovely room with some new units and coat of paint.
Upstairs are two large double bedrooms and a bathroom. The third floor is the roof terrace with a separate room which could be turned into further accommodation or become part of the outside space. This would make it a very large terrace.
Maria is a very pretty town with a number of bars, a communal swimming pool, various shops and a health centre. It is just 15 minutes to the large market town of Velez-Rubio and around an hour to the coastal resorts of Mojacar, Aguilas and a little further to Murcia airport. There are plenty of airports in reach including Alicante, Almeria and Granada. The motorway from Purta Lumbreras to Granada is 15 minutes by car.
