Full Description

We are delighted to present this high quality, traditional Spanish Detached Villa, with a plot of more than 2.000m2 situation in one of the popular roads in Ciudad Quesada.  A short 10 min walk from the centre of Quesada, and a short walk to pharmacy, medical enter, cafes, bars and restaurants.

This Detached Villa had a total reform in 2019.

At the entrance of this home you have a spacious natural sunlit conservatory that connects with the fully equipped kitchen and the rest of the house.  This Villa is all on one level, and is distributed with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 4th outside bathroom. The master bedroom has its own large bathroom.

The landscaped garden has wonderful olive, fruit and pine trees and a excellent private10x5m swimming pool which enjoys the sun all day.

An added advantage of this plot is, you have three entrances to the garden, and if required you could divide the plot to your own needs.

Extras include: Air conditioning in all rooms, Basement, Storage, Water filter and lights in the swimming pool.
Ciudad Quesada’s is approximately 40 minutes by car from Alicante city centre, 35 minutes from El Altet (Alicante) Airport, about 55 minutes from Murcia’s Corvera Airport and is serviced by the Mediterranean Motorway, the AP-7, which stretches the length of Spain’s Mediterranean coast. The regional capital, Valencia, is approximately two and a half hours away by car, whilst Murcia city centre is somewhat closer and can be reached in about 45 to 50 minutes.
Spanish, British, Irish, Dutch, Belgian, German, and Scandinavian populations are represented in many of the local businesses such as cafés, restaurants, bars, hair and beauty salons, gyms, legal firms, furniture stores, builders, electricians, butchers, bakers, veterinarians, newsagents, pharmacy and more.
Ciudad Quesada is served by Rojales Primary (CEIP Miguel Hernández) and High Schools (IES La Encanta) both of which are state run. In addition, there is a private Norwegian School (Den Norske Skolen) and a newly opened private English school (Willow International Academy).
The town’s medical centre is situated in Lo Marabú, a short 5-minutes’ drive from the main street, with an additional 24-hour emergency service covered by the Rojales medical centre. The local hospital is Torrevieja University Hospital. Torrevieja is also home to a private hospital, Quirón, operated by the Quirónsalud group.
Arguably the most appealing part of living in Ciudad Quesada is discovering for oneself the rich diversity of leisure activities available in the town and further afield.
Almost every type of restaurant one could imagine is available, as well as plentiful cafes, bars and takeaway places, bowling, go-karting, paintballing, theatres, concert halls, cinemas, and nightclubs. There are outdoor municipal swimming pools, and Quesada’s very own Waterpark, Aquapark Rojales which is open throughout the summer months.
The beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Santa Pola are only 10 and 20 minutes by car respectively from Quesada town centre and, as well as swimming and sun worshiping, offer jet skiing, kite and windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkelling and ferry trips. If you like the outdoor life, it may interest you to know that the Alicante province is the second most mountainous in Spain which means forests treks, mountain trails, hillwalking, camping, and mountain biking are all very popular hobbies here along with cycling routes with the endless bicycle lanes providing great access to near or far places of interest to visit.
In short, whether you come to visit Quesada on holiday, or decide to live here full time, there is no excuse, even in the very mild winter months, to have nothing to do.
