A few steps lead us down to the property and upon entering we are met with the first of three double bedrooms. This bedroom is currently being used as an office but is equipped with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a ceiling fan. We are then met with the modern kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances including an electric oven and a gas hob. From the kitchen door, you have access to a utility room where the gas boiler is housed along with the washing machine and freezer, with ample storage as well. From the kitchen we then find the comfortable living and dining area, which is equipped with a stove wood burner and access to the beautiful naya which has glass curtains where you can sit and enjoy the cooler months. Outside there are numerous seating areas that give you the option of shade as well as sun. The garden has the sun all day. There is an irrigation system in place to keep the various fruit trees and Mediterranean plants in great condition. There is also a built-in BBQ. The private swimming pool (8 x 4) is run via a computerised copper ionised system which is chlorine free. It also comes with a roll-on and off "daisy" pool cover. There is also secured off-road parking for several cars.

The village of Sagra is located in the Orba Valley and offers the necessary amenities such as a school, bars, a restaurant, a butcher, and a small grocery shop. From here it takes a short 15-minute drive to the closest beach and an hour to the airports of Valencia and Alicante.
