There is a fridge / freezer, electric oven, electric hob, upgraded sink with black mixer tap. Additional storage has been added to the opposite wall as well as additional working space.
Leading from the kitchen is the utility room which houses the electric water heater and washing machine. This area has been enclosed with double glazed sliding windows.
Directly ahead is the bathroom with WC and upgraded washhand basin, feature brick tiled wall and shower cubicle with modern black profile and black shower fittings. 
To the right of the bathroom is the main bedroom with remote controlled ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes offering ample storage space and sliding doors which have been upgraded with a subtle decorative covering. French doors lead onto the enclosed terrace. 
Finally, to the left of the bathroom is the second bedroom with remote controlled ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes offering ample storage space and sliding doors which have been upgraded with a subtle decorative covering. There are views over the communal gardens. 
The nearest of the 19 on Resort swimming pools is just a few seconds walk away and the on Resort supermarket, bar and restaurant is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
The friendly and typical Spanish village of Sucina with its bars, restaurants and church square is just a few minutes away by car.
Murcia International airport is located approximately  20 minutes away by car and Alicante airport approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both located approximately 40 minutes away by car.
