At the edge of the village of Gordes, on a pleasant plot of nearly one hectare, traditionally built house in exposed stone, on one level, with a usable area of approximately 160 m².

You enter by passing under a porch to the south, in a hall (8 m²), a living room (35 m²) with stone fireplace and exposed beams 3 bedrooms, one of which is 15 m² opening onto a small private terrace a bathroom (7 m²), a toilet with washbasin and a cloakroom.

On the back a large garage of 36 m² to park 2 cars, then a boiler room (5 m²) with the oil-fired central heating boiler.

It is an excellent "pied-à-terre" located a few minutes from the village, or even a small main residence that is easy to live in and maintain.
